Shipping Costs

• Shipping is free for orders with a value of £40 or over.

• Shipping is £4.95 for orders with a value under £40.

• Orders will be shipped within 2 working days of receipt. Please allow longer during peak or busy periods.

• Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from date of shipping.

 

Free local collection

• If you wish to collect your order from 19 Wastwater Drive, Bradford, BD6 2TN, please select “local collection” at point of checkout.

• You will receive a notification within 2 working days when your order is ready to collect. Please allow longer during peak or busy periods.

• Once you receive notification that your order is ready to collect, please contact meltandsoak@outlook.com to arrange a suitable collection time.

• Orders not collected within 30 days of the ready to collect notification email being sent will be cancelled. Orders will not be refunded in this instance.
